Alright folks, today we’re talking running. I was going to share this with you on Monday, but in light of the tragedy that occurred in Boston, I decided to hold off. However, I’ve seen such a HUGE surge in running activity by friends (both runners and non-runners) in honor of those affected by the bombings, that I thought this might be something you’d want to know about. Just like some of the other runs I’ve shared before, Dirty Girl is a nationwide 5k event that is coming to the metro Atlanta area this weekend, April 20th and 21st.
